- Meet Our Director
Meet Our Director, Erin Bryant
My name is Erin Bryant, and I am the Center Director at The Sunshine House in Piedmont, SC. I have been working with children for 7 years now and I have enjoyed every minute of teaching, building relationships with parents and their children, and loving all these precious children that I have seen grow up before my eyes.
I taught sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students, and coached basketball for the C-team girls at Palmetto Middle School for two years. I decided that teaching middle school was not one of my passions and I was ready to get back to something I loved, which is early childhood education.
I am beyond thankful for God who has provided me with a job that I thoroughly enjoy and love coming to work with a special group of kids and coworkers.
- Meet Our Assistant Director
Meet Our Assistant Director, Samantha McCorkle
My name is Samantha McCorkle, but you can call me Ms. Sam! I am the Assistant Director of The Sunshine House in Powdersville, SC. I’ve been a part of the Sunshine House family since 2014. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Andersonville Theological Seminary. When I’m not working, I enjoying spending time with my family and friends, summer days by the pool, and binge watching Netflix on lazy days.
The best part of my job is being able to go into our classrooms and seeing the joy of learning on our children’s faces. I’m so thankful to work for a company with a mission to provide high-quality care and education to every child, every family, every day. My goal is to introduce the love of learning in each child at this early learning stage. I want all parents to know we will love each child as our own and go above and beyond to make sure their babies are provided a safe, happy, and fun learning environment.
