We will conduct an on-site visit and further analyze the opportunity within the community. Our team will present a non-binding offer letter outlining the key terms of the agreement, including the purchase price.
- 4. Due Diligence

The Sunshine House, in conjunction with our real estate partners, will conduct legal, financial, operational, and real estate due diligence as we work towards finalizing and funding the transaction.
- 5. Licensing and Closing

You will verify all necessary licenses, certifications, and compliance with local and state regulations. We will address any compliance issues and work with you to rectify them before proceeding. You will transition the license and we will fund the transaction upon signing of all legal documentation at Closing.
- 6. Integration

We will work alongside you to create a detailed plan for integrating the acquired business into Sunshine House operations. We will communicate the acquisition to employees, parents, and other stakeholders and address any concerns. We will continuously monitor the integration process to preserve your legacy in the community and ensure a smooth transition.
