Meet Our Director, Sierra Bethea
Hi, I'm Sierra Bethea. With more than 15 years of experience in early childhood education, I’m dedicated to nurturing and guiding young minds through their most formative years. I began at Sunshine House in 2022 and quickly fell in love with providing a warm, safe, and enriching environment for children to grow, learn, and thrive.
I believe every child deserves a positive, supportive space to explore their potential. I’m committed to offering personalized care and attention to each child, fostering creativity, curiosity, and emotional well-being. As both a parent and an educator, I understand the importance of creating a balance between fun and learning.
I am continually enhancing my skills through ongoing training and professional development in early childhood education. I look forward to partnering with you in your child’s growth and development.
Meet Our Assistant Director, Crystal Burroughs
Hello, my name is Crystal! I have been in childcare for more than 30 years and I have been with The Sunshine House since 2014. I started as a preschool teacher, and was promoted to the Pre-K class. In my third year with The Sunshine House, I was promoted to Assistant Director. I have an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, as well as certificates for administration, child development, and several others.
Children are my passion. It is my endeavor to make a difference in every child and every family’s life.
