- Infant Daycare (6 weeks - 1 year)
At The Sunshine House of Rock Hill, your baby will explore and learn in a nurturing, loving environment that provides the warmth and security your infant is used to receiving at home. In our infant daycare classroom, we utilize the primary caregiver system. A specific teacher will be your baby’s main caregiver and will work closely with you to provide consistency with your existing feeding, playing and sleeping schedules. While your baby is playing, your infant is also learning. Using our individualized Brain Connect Infant Curriculum, each week your caregiver will create a lesson plan for your baby, tailored to your child’s interests and development.

Meet Our Director, Freddie Stroud Jr.
Hi! My name is Freddie Stroud Jr. I am the Center Director here at the Rock Hill, SC location. I graduated from The University of South Carolina Upstate in Spartanburg, SC with a Bachelor of Art Degree in Child Development and Family Studies.
I have been in the Early Childcare field for 11 years. I’ve always had a passion for young children and knew at a young age that I wanted to be a teacher. I love the joy of educating and watching the children grow and learn in their own unique ways. I believe that all children can learn and grow to be intelligent, successful adults.
When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, coaching soccer, playing soccer, riding four wheelers, swimming, hiking, traveling, and attending church.
Meet Our Assistant Director, Kaylee Sunday
My name is Kaylee Sunday, and I am the Assistant Director! I have been in childcare for 10 years and with The Sunshine House since 2018.
I attended York Tech and graduated from The University of Phoenix with my Bachelor’s in accounting. I am very passionate about working with young children and love watching them learn and grow.
I have two daughters, a 7-year-old and a 7-month-old who attend The Sunshine House as well. In my spare time you will find me spending time with family, at the beach, or crafting with my Cricut.
