Hello, I'm Shannon Gallagher. With more than 17 years of experience in various roles—including teacher, driver, nutritionist, and child development administrator—I've had the privilege of impacting many children's lives.
I’m married with six children, and I’ve been part of The Sunshine House family since 2004. Over the years, I’ve had the joy of watching so many children grow, graduate, and go on to do great things. I look forward to seeing many more thrive and become successful adults.

Meet Our Assistant Director, Ava Taylor
Hello! My name is Ava Taylor. I have more than 8 years of experience in early childhood education, in both teaching and administration. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology paired with an Early Childhood Basics Technical Certificate of Credit, with the intention to continue my education in early childhood.
I am married and have one beautiful daughter who has been at The Sunshine House since she was 6 weeks old. I have been with The Sunshine House since 2015, and I enjoy having the opportunity to help each child prosper in our care. I love to see our children grow and learn, and I love our families at The Sunshine House.
