Hello! My name is Yolanda Dicks. My husband, Pastor Roydell Dicks, and I have called Ridge Spring, SC home for the past 28 years. We’re proud parents of two adult children and grandparents to one beautiful grandchild.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Regent University and bring over 20 years of experience working with young children. Throughout my career, I’ve served in various roles—including office manager, center director, lead teacher, and assistant teacher. Each of these roles has deepened my passion for nurturing young minds and helping children thrive.
My goal is to provide every child in our care with a strong educational foundation in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment. Outside the classroom, I enjoy reading uplifting books, meaningful conversations, hosting women’s conferences, and singing.
Hello, my name is Bridgette Bland. I am pursuing my Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education. I chose this field because I have a passion for children and learning.
As a parent, I have loved our Center so much over the past 3 years that I became the Assistant Director! I am excited about serving our families and community.
I recently married my childhood best friend. We have a beautiful daughter and just added a crazy little Yorkie to our family. I look forward to many years to come with the Sunshine House!
