Meet Our Director, Sierra Bethea
Hello! My name is Sierra Bethea. I have more than 20 years of Early Childhood experience as a teacher. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Educational Studies, and I am currently pursuing my master’s in Elementary Education. I am a military wife and a mother of three. I have two boys ages 8 and 3, and a sweet 3-month-old little girl. My family and I enjoy spending time with family and friends and going to the beach.
My main goal is to build great relationships with families, providing a safe and nurturing environment for our children.
Meet Our Assistant Director, Crystal Burroughs
Hello, my name is Crystal! I have been in childcare for more than 30 years and I have been with The Sunshine House for 7 years. I started as a preschool teacher then promoted to the Pre-K class.
In my third year with The Sunshine House, I was promoted to Assistant Director. I have an associate degree in Early Childhood Education, as well as certificates for administration, child development, and several others.
Children are my passion. It is my endeavor to make a difference in every child and every family’s life.
