Meet Our Director, Bailey Cox
Hello Friends! My name is Bailey Cox. I have been in childcare for almost 8 years where I’ve established a great love and passion for the world of education. I am a passionate educator who has learned that the baseline for a life of learning begins in the walls of preschool.
When I am not working, I enjoy NASCAR (both watching and racing), raising chickens, and traveling. I absolutely love the color pink, and I am a vintage Barbie Doll Collector.

Meet Our Assistant Director, Casee Carter
Hey everyone! My name is Casee Carter. I have been in early childhood education since 2018. I have my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Charleston Southern.
During my time as a long-term substitute in Charleston, I fell in love with early childhood education. So, when this opportunity opened, I jumped at the chance to do something I love! I started as a teacher, and then moved to Assistant Director in 2022.
When I am not at work, I love hanging out at home with my hubby and our 2 dogs. I also love crafting and making shirts. I enjoy going to the beach and the mountains and getting together with family.
My favorite thing is getting to see a child reach a milestone, or see light bulbs go off when they finally learn something new, and getting to celebrate those moments! I am so grateful to be a part of The Sunshine House family because I get to do that every single day!
