“I do not have enough good things to say about the Sunshine House in Park West. It is more than a daycare; it is a FAMILY. I have never thought twice about having my son there while I am at work. He has been going to Sunshine House since he was about 4 months old and he is currently almost 2. While the staff are incredibly caring, they go above and beyond to treat every child as if they were their own. They also concentrate on teaching life skills like washing hands, cleaning up after themselves and being kind to one another as well as the education milestones like fine motor skills, colors, letters, and numbers. I really could not ask for more from a group of people whom, I can tell, truly care about my son. This Sunshine House is great about communication as well. I receive daily reports of what my child did that day, notifications in a timely manner of any and all changes within the center, and phone calls about any accident that has happened while he was in their care. I really could go on and on, but I will leave you with this… If I could do it all over again, I would choose Sunshine House Park West again and again to watch my child while I was at work. I would suggest it to anyone in my area as well!”

Needless to say, we signed all the paper work and our children started the week after. We could not have chosen a better daycare for our kids. Ms. Jessica is extremely caring and actually listens to the concerns of the parents. The teachers there are phenomenal as well and all genuinely love children.”

“Choosing the best childcare for your child is one of the most important decisions you will ever have to make as a parent. In August of 2015 my husband’s job relocated us to Augusta, GA. I was terrified about having to find childcare because my daughter had only been kept by her grandmother since she was born. I rode around all day making visits to different daycares with no luck. I sat in my car crying because everywhere I went seemed horrible and I wasn’t about to leave my baby at any of these places while I worked.

The Sunshine House was my last stop. I walked in and was immediately greeted by some very nice ladies. I explained my situation to the Director at the time and she said she wasn’t sure if she had any spots left for my daughter’s age group. She checked and said she had one spot left she was holding but the family she was holding it for had not committed and she would give it to me if I would enroll today. She gave me a tour and our first stop was the class that my daughter would be in. We were greeted by the teacher, Yvette Dennis. My first thought of Yvette was this woman is so happy and bubbly! How can she be so happy dealing with all of these children? My heart instantly felt at ease and I could tell my daughter liked her and the classroom. I told the Director this is it! This is where I want my daughter to go! The rest is history!

I can say that two and a half years later I do not regret my decision. The Sunshine House has an amazing staff and they hire the best ladies to work with your children. I am so thankful for each and every one of the ladies who has worked with my daughter and got her to where she is today. She loves them just as much as they love her. I truly believe God puts you where you need to be and He knew this is where we needed to be. Thank you ladies for all of your hard work and love for these kids. Keep up the great work!!”
